TIGER RAMEN is a scratch kitchen on a mission to bring ramen to our little corner of the world here on Cape Cod. Our menu is made from scratch using fresh, whole ingredients. We see the simple framework of noodles and broth as an opportunity for endless possibilities, and our menu reflects our method of using traditional cuisine as an inspiration for dishes that reflect our here-and-now.

How it all started …
In 2016 we opened Water Street Kitchen in Woods Hole with the goal of creating the kind of restaurant that makes everyone feel at home, offering food, drink, and hospitality that offers comfort and ease. It is with that same goal of offering comfort that we bring you Tiger Ramen.
In our book, ramen is the ultimate comfort food. It also allows a chef endless variations. In Japan, regions are known for different styles of ramen, but even within these, each ramen house has its own methods and recipes. Here on Cape Cod we play within the form, aiming to create dishes that are comforting and delicious using local fresh ingredients.
Our curated beverage selections are designed to complement the flavors on our menu and include an array of sake, Japanese whisky and other spirits, and beer and wine that pairs perfectly with noodles. Our craft cocktails are all original recipes and are served on draft for the perfect mix in each and every pour.
